Scope of our works: Topsoil strip, cut and fill followed by the main site road construction with the drainage and services being installed. Work on the plots began with substructures, drainage and service connections being completed prior to the superstructure work. On completion of the superstructure we returned for external works including tarmac, paving and topsoiling. As the project progressed the team worked alongside the main contractor to overcome numerous logistical issues encountered to ensure progress was made in line with completion requirements.
