BCL were awarded the full groundworks package to construct this new housing development for Lovell Partnerships in Somerset.

The package of works included new adoptable highways and drainage, two large attenuation tanks, plot foundations, all new utilities and external works.

The site had its challenges due to it being low lying but working closely with the Lovell team these challenges were overcome and the site looks fantastic in the flesh.

Included off site storm drainage works within a busy 'A' road to take the site storm water to the outfall some 500m away. This involved careful planning and logistics to ensure there was minimal disruption to local residents and road users.
