Cody Park Data Centre consists of 29 data centres across 6 buildings on a 36 acre high security data centre campus owned and operated by Ark.

 

Following on from the successful delivery of data centres for Ark in Wiltshire, BCL were appointed to undertake the full Groundworks package on this larger project in Hampshire.

 

BCL's scope of works consisted of:

 

• Cut and fill/re-profiling

• Infrastructure (Highways and Drainage)

• Energy centre construction

• Deep and reinforced foundations

• All external works

• Utilities

• RC floor slabs and mezzanine floor slabs
