Scope of our works: Machine assisted exploratory work to expose existing services prior to construction. Once this has been completed work on the substructure began including preparing the foundations for the steel frame to be erected. During the steel frame being installed, work was also undertaken to large retaining walls at the site. A reinforced concrete slab was constructed including various drainage connections ahead of the main drainage installation before a return visit to complete the external works.
