Scope of our works: Topsoil strip and a cut and fill followed by trench fill, foundations and under slab drainage. The remaining drainage and services were completed around the hard landscaping. Following demolition of the old buildings the area is being graded and landscaped to act as a new playing field additionally footpaths and external lighting are being installed which we will return to complete in Spring 2021.
