Scope of our works: We started on site with a topsoil strip and a cut and fill exercise followed by the foundations and drainage. Foundations used heave protection and pecafil with full reinforcement cages. Ground floor slab with DPM and insulation, service trenches. External works comprises of soft and hard landscaping.
