Scope of our works: Initial drainage diversion routes including to the main sewer system, a cut and fill was carried out before installation of a piling mat. Once complete foundations at various levels across the build were started while working in contaminated ground and ensuring the correct waste segregation. Trench fill foundations were constructed to an extension of an existing building before a reinforced ground floor slab was installed. Across the site the remaining drainage was installed including a 400m3 attenuation tank all whilst working adjacent to a live school environment.
