Scope of our works: Topsoil strip and a cut and fill, followed by a piling mat and foundations, trench fill foundations and a ground floor slab. Site wide drainage and services including complex works in small spaces with several services required. External works included hard landscaping and permeable drainage solutions. The S278 works included working on a large area adjacent to the site for the necessary drainage and service connections including installation of a headwall.
