Scope of our works: Foundations for 133 homes, including the full roads and sewers package, four impermeable attenuation tanks and a large attenuation pond. Three headwalls provide storm outfall into the local water course all with hydro brakes to restrict flow rates. Construction of the pumping station, trenching for a rising main and services are being undertaken as well significant 278 entrance works including a pedestrian controlled crossing and turning lane on to the A39.
