External works including tarmac roads, permeable paving, truckpave, kerbs and edgings, topsoiling. Drainage incorporating 1000m of drainage runs, drainage channels, petrol interceptors and attenuation tank. Services comprising 1500m trenching, equipment bases and service pits.
