Scope of our works: BCL has been appointed to construct the foundations to 125 units, including full roads, block paving and sewers package, a 3500m3 attenuation pond, with seven headwalls providing storm outfall. Construction of the pumping station, trenching for a rising main and services have now been completed. Section 278 entrance works are currently being undertaken with new storm drainage being connected to existing. We also have multiple Section 278 works to undertake around the local area in connection with the scheme.
