Scope of our works: BCL has been appointed to construct the foundations of 133 units, including full roads and sewers package, four impermeable attenuation tanks and a 656 cubic meter attenuation pond. Three headwalls provide storm outfall into the local water course all with hydro brakes to restrict flow rates. Construction of the pumping station, trenching for a rising main and services are being undertaken as well as 278 entrance works including a pedestrian controlled crossing and turning lane on the A39.
